Q: Will my adjustment hurt?

A: No, chiropractic adjustments do not hurt. That being said, an adjustment to certain joints in the spine or extremities may feel slightly uncomfortable at times. However once the adjustment is completed you should not feel any pain.

A: If it is your first time ever being adjusted, you may experience slight soreness or discomfort over the next 12-24 hours following your adjustment. This is very common and similar to the feeling you would normally have after a work out.
